SingLink Affiliate Promotion Rules
Version v1.3 · Effective September 1, 2026
These Rules form part of, and are incorporated by reference into, the SingLink Terms of Service. Please read them in full before participating in the Affiliate Program, in particular Section 4 (Restricted Promotion Territories) and Section 5 (Prohibited Promotion Channels and Methods).
1. Scope and Effect
1.1 These Affiliate Promotion Rules (“Rules”) apply to every user participating in the SingLink Affiliate Program (the “Program”), including any person who earns commissions, cash bonuses, complimentary membership time, or any other consideration through referral codes, referral links, the Senior Agent program, the Star Partner program, or any other referral mechanism (each, a “Promoter”).
1.2 These Rules form part of, and are incorporated by reference into, the SingLink Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Rules govern with respect to Program matters; the Terms of Service govern all matters not addressed here.
1.3 By participating in the Program, generating a referral code or link, or requesting a commission withdrawal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. Eligibility
2.1 A Promoter must be a natural person at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher), or a lawfully established entity.
2.2 Each user may hold only one SingLink account and may participate in the Program only through that account.
2.3 SingLink reserves the right to review, refuse, or terminate any person’s participation in the Program.
3. Commissions and Settlement
3.1 Commission rates, withdrawal thresholds, withdrawal methods, review procedures, and payment timelines are as published on the platform’s Affiliate page from time to time. SingLink reserves the right to adjust them at any time.
3.2 Single-tier structure. The Program is a single-tier, direct-referral program. A Promoter earns commissions solely on users they directly refer who complete a paid subscription. There is no downline, no multi-level or team-based compensation, no recruitment bonus, and no membership fee, deposit, or franchise fee of any kind. Any promotion conducted in the name of “building a downline,” “team revenue sharing,” or “agency recruitment fees” is unauthorized by SingLink.
3.3 Commissions are confirmed only after the platform’s risk review. Commissions already paid may be clawed back if the underlying referrals are later found to be non-compliant.
4. Restricted Promotion Territories
SingLink requires every Promoter to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction and of the jurisdiction in which their intended audience is located. Certain jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the provision, sale, or promotion of network acceleration services. Accordingly:
4.1 Prohibited Territories
A Promoter may not, by any means (including one-to-one private sharing), promote the Program, solicit users, or share referral codes or links to users located in, or within, the following territories, and may not claim commissions on referrals originating from them:
- •Mainland China (excluding the Hong Kong SAR, the Macau SAR, and Taiwan)
- •The Russian Federation
- •The Democratic People’s Republic of Korea
- •Turkmenistan
- •Islamic Republic of Iran
- •Belarus
- •Myanmar
- •United Arab Emirates, Oman
- •Pakistan, Türkiye, Egypt, Iraq, Syria
4.2 All Other Territories
Outside the territories listed in Section 4.1, a Promoter may promote the Program publicly and commercially, including through paid advertising, public posts on social platforms, videos, livestreams, blog and forum content, and group sharing, subject to Sections 5 to 8.
4.3 General Obligations
4.3.1 The list above is illustrative. Omission of a territory does not relieve a Promoter of their compliance obligations. Before promoting in any territory, a Promoter must independently confirm that local law permits it. 4.3.2 SingLink may update this list at any time; updates take effect on the date published. 4.3.3 A Promoter may not use proxies, anonymous accounts, third-party accounts, or any technical means to disguise the actual target territory of their promotion in order to circumvent this Section.
5. Prohibited Promotion Channels and Methods
5.1 The following are prohibited in all territories:
- •Unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or instant messages (spam)
- •Unsolicited promotional direct messages to strangers, or repeated solicitation amounting to harassment
- •Referrals generated through automation, bots, account farming, or artificial traffic
- •Exchanging any consideration for ratings, reviews, downloads, or ranking on any app store (App Store, Google Play, or otherwise)
- •Placing promotional material on piracy, adult, gambling, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful websites
6. Prohibited Claims and Content
A Promoter must not, in any promotional material:
6.1 Describe themselves as an “official agent,” “authorized reseller,” or “partner” of SingLink, or use any designation likely to create the impression of an official relationship with SingLink, unless SingLink has granted written authorization.
6.2 Promise pricing, discounts, refunds, service levels, or features that SingLink has not officially published.
6.3 Market the Service on the basis of circumventing the laws or governmental controls of any country, or otherwise encourage or induce any person to violate the law of their jurisdiction.
6.4 Make exaggerated or unsubstantiated guarantees regarding the speed, availability, anonymity, or security of the Service. SingLink’s official pages are the sole authority on service availability.
6.5 Promote to persons under 18, or on any platform, community, or content whose primary audience is minors.
6.6 Use misleading comparative advertising, disparage competitors, or include politically sensitive content or hate speech.
7. Brand and Intellectual Property
7.1 A Promoter must not purchase, bid on, or otherwise use “SingLink,” “星连,” “星連,” or any confusingly similar term as a search-engine keyword advertisement or app-store keyword.
7.2 A Promoter must not register, hold, or use any domain name, application name, or social-media account name incorporating a SingLink trademark or any confusingly similar term.
7.3 A Promoter must not operate a mirror, proxy, or counterfeit version of any SingLink website, and must not distribute modified, repackaged, or third-party builds of any SingLink client.
7.4 SingLink’s official domains, social-media accounts, and contact channels are exhaustively listed in the “Official Domains and Channels” section of the Terms of Service. Anything not listed there is not an official SingLink channel.
8. Third-Party Platform Compliance
Promoters must additionally comply in full with the “Compliance with Third-Party Platform Policies” section of the Terms of Service, including without limitation the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, the Google Play Developer Policies, the Visa Core Rules, the Mastercard Rules, the Stripe Services Agreement, and the PayPal User Agreement.
9. Review, Freezing, and Clawback
9.1 At commission settlement and upon each withdrawal request, SingLink will review the Promoter’s account, referral sources, and promotion channels, and may require the Promoter to describe or evidence their promotional content, channels, and audience territories. SingLink may suspend a withdrawal where a Promoter declines to cooperate.
9.2 Where a violation of these Rules is found, SingLink may, without prior notice, take one or more of the following actions: (1) reject the withdrawal request and freeze or forfeit unpaid commissions; (2) claw back commissions, cash bonuses, and complimentary membership time already granted; (3) suspend or terminate the Promoter’s participation in the Program; (4) suspend or terminate the Promoter’s SingLink account in accordance with the Terms of Service, without refund; (5) pursue legal remedies.
9.3 A Promoter shall indemnify SingLink, in accordance with the indemnification provisions of the Terms of Service, against any fine, penalty, termination order, loss, or reasonable legal cost imposed by Apple, Google, a card network, a payment service provider, or any other third party as a result of the Promoter’s violation of these Rules.
10. Reporting Violations
To report promotion that violates these Rules — including promotion falsely conducted in SingLink’s name — please send evidence to support@singlinkvpn.com. SingLink will investigate and act accordingly.
11. Changes to These Rules
11.1 SingLink may amend these Rules at any time. Material changes will be announced in advance through the platform or by other appropriate means.
11.2 Amended Rules apply from their stated effective date. Continued participation in the Program after that date (including continued use of an existing referral code or link) constitutes acceptance of the amended Rules.
11.3 In the event of any discrepancy between language versions of these Rules, the English version prevails.
